I wonder why it is then that we so often keep plugging away at something whilst our mental or emotional catcher is full to overflowing?
When we empty the catcher, we increase our capacity.
When we empty the catcher, we lighten the load.
When we empty the catcher, we improve the result.
If we’re struggling to complete a task check whether we’re carrying some waste. It could be we are burdening ourselves unnecessarily with thoughts and attitudes that are not conducive to what we’re seeking to achieve. By discarding this waste, we create mental and emotional space for the task at hand.
If we want to mow the lawn, we must empty the catcher!
